ORGANIC AND BIODINAMYC AGRICULTURE
With the complete absence of fertilizers and synthetic chemical substances used in our fields, we commit to keep the vineyard´s ecosystem alive and to make wines that are organic, sustainable and environmentally-friendly.
We consider our vineyards to be living organisms that are independent from outside influences. The land becomes a huge live "being", in which each plant, stone and living thing make up its vital organs.
BIODIVERSITY AND SOSTENIBLE AGRICULTURE
In spite of being immersed in monoculture, we try to preserve the rich genetic diversity of the indigenous grape varieties as a valuable vine heritage. This way, we develop the maximum personality of our wines.
We reject the model of industrial production on a large scale and we work to maintain sustainable systems, with organic procedures that respect the life and the natural balance of the vineyards and their surroundings.
